Establishment of the Company

Disnflex Composites (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (D&F) was founded in 2009 by the management team of Menzolit's Sole-funded Company in China (sold by Menzolit in 2009). Disnflex Composites (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., after signing a long-term cooperation agreement with Menzolit, became the original equipment manufacturer of Menzolit GmbH in Asia.
