Social Responsibility

Our company and all management recognize that compliance with international labor standards and business ethics standards is a basic condition for a responsible company, and also the expectation of consumers, customers, the public, and government stakeholders.

Our company commits to comply with national labor laws and regulations, international labor standards, and business ethics standards, continuously improve working conditions and employee welfare, strictly fulfill social responsibilities, and extend these requirements to suppliers and subcontractors.

Business Ethics Requirements

All our business activities should follow integrity standards and implement monitoring and strengthening procedures to ensure compliance with clean business practices.

Anti-Monopoly and Unfair Competition

We comply with all applicable antitrust laws and other competition regulations and do not engage in any behavior that may illegally prevent, restrict, or distort fair competition.

Anti-Money Laundering

The company strictly follows domestic and international anti-money laundering laws and regulations, promptly reports detected abnormal transactions or suspected money laundering activities, actively carries out anti-money laundering activities, and prohibits any money laundering-related behavior.

Anti-Fraud

Fraud is defined as intentional false statements or concealment of important facts to induce others to act to their own detriment. The company's management team is responsible for checking and preventing fraud and other violations, and all employees are responsible for reporting any violations they discover.

Conflict of Interest

All employees prioritize the overall interests of the company, and their behavior must reflect the company's commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism towards customers, suppliers, shareholders, and the public. Therefore, all employees ensure that any financial, commercial, or other activities they engage in outside of work do not conflict with the company's interests.

Gifts and Entertainment

No employee shall bribe or offer bribes to others in any form under any circumstances. Employees and their family members (including spouses, siblings, parents, in-laws, and children) must not accept gifts, services, travel arrangements, or other benefits that could influence their judgment or behavior in fulfilling company duties.

Protection and Use of Company Property

All employees are obligated to protect company property from loss, damage, theft, undervaluation, or misuse, and to comply with all rules and regulations related to the use of company property. Unauthorized personal use of company assets without company permission is strictly prohibited.

Information Security

The company implements a strict confidentiality policy. Information obtained from customers, suppliers, and other parties during business operations must be kept confidential. Except for authorized disclosures and legal requirements, all directors, supervisors, executives, managers, and employees must keep sensitive business information, technical information, or other important information confidential.

Protection of Child and Adolescent Workers

The company shall not use or support the use of child labor. Persons under 18 years old are prohibited from entering (or being allowed to enter) the production site. If children are found to be engaged in work that meets the definition of child labor, the company shall establish, document, and retain policies and written procedures aimed at remedying these children and effectively communicate them to employees and stakeholders.

Forced and Bonded Labor

The company shall not use or support forced or bonded labor, nor require employees to pay a "deposit" or surrender identification documents at the start of employment. Employees have the right to leave the workplace after completing standard working hours and may freely terminate their employment contract after providing reasonable notice to the company.

Working Hours and Rest Time Requirements

The company shall comply with applicable laws and industry standards regarding working hours and public holidays. All overtime must be voluntary.

Basic Wage Guarantee and Social Insurance

The company shall pay all employees wages that meet the minimum wage standards set by the local government. Wage payment times shall comply with local government regulations, and wage arrears or delays are not permitted.

Protection of Women's Rights

Except for jobs or positions deemed unsuitable for women by local regulations, women shall enjoy equal employment opportunities as men.

Disciplinary Measures

The company shall treat all personnel with dignity and respect. The company shall not engage in or support corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, verbal abuse, or treat workers in a rough or inhumane manner.

No Discriminatory Systems or Behaviors

In matters involving hiring, remuneration, training opportunities, promotion, dismissal, or retirement, the company shall not engage in or support discrimination based on race, ethnicity or social origin, social class, lineage, religion, physical disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, union membership, political views, age, or other forms of discrimination.

Respect for Employees' Rights to Association and Equal Consultation and Communication

The company shall have organizations capable of representing and safeguarding employees' legal rights and interests and able to operate independently and autonomously according to law (such as unions, employee representative committees, or other communication channels).

Health and Safety Requirements

Working Conditions

Based on an understanding of general industry hazards and any specific dangers, the company shall provide a safe and healthy working environment and take effective measures to minimize hazards in the work environment where possible to prevent health risks from work-related accidents.

Safety Production

The company must strictly implement national laws, regulations, and rules related to labor safety and hygiene, as well as relevant technical standards, take labor protection measures, improve working conditions, comply with safety production regulations, and ensure the safety and health of employees.

Environmental Protection

The company shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements regarding prohibited or restricted substances (including labeling related to recycling and disposal).

Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction

The company shall reduce and eliminate all types of consumption (including water, electricity, natural gas, and paper energy) at the source or through practices such as improving production, maintaining facility processes, material substitution, conserving natural resources, and material recycling and reuse.

Complaints and Reports

If any illegal, statement-violating, or other unethical behavior is discovered, all relevant parties and employees are obligated to report it to our company.
